Stop the server first, then use World in the Settings tab. Files with the same name are replaced and nothing else is deleted. You can download your world as a backup file any time.

Either. Navezgane is the game's hand-made map and starts fastest.
A random world is generated from your seed on the first start, which takes several minutes and more memory, especially at 8192.
While you are in the game, type admin add, your player name and 0 in the console.
Level 0 is the highest permission.
4 GB to start, and 8 GB is best.
Random worlds and more players need more.
